After assembling the gravity knives we usually have some that just don't pass our inspection. These are still nice display knives or if you have the patience most of the issues can be fixed.
Defects: The issues with these knives are as follows but each knife generally has only one or two of these flaws. We took photos of some of the bad knives so that you can see the issues.
Cracked Handles: I am sure these can be fixed with a little wood filler or used as is.
Sticky Blades: When using the trigger the blade stops about half way. The blade can be pulled out or pushed back in by hand easily.
Metal Imperfections: Some of the metal parts just simply were not finished well enough and some have blemishes or are not perfectly rounded or square where they should be but most will not notice this issue. On some the cross guard arrow is partially missing.
Handles: Some of these have two complete different color wood handles. one side is a dark walnut and the other a light walnut
Triggers: Some are loose and just flop around
