      House Order of Hohenzollern with Swords Commander Class reproduction.The House Order of Hohenzollern was a dynastic order of knighthood of the House of Hohenzollern awarded to military commissioned officers and civilians of comparable status.
      The white enameled cross measures just under 2 1/2 inches in width and bears a black Prussian eagle with coat of arms on its chest. The eagle is surounded by a gold rimmed band with blue enameling bearing the inscription vom Fels zum Meer (From the cliffs to the sea) with floral wreath. The reverse has the cypher of King Frederick William IV of Prussia with the date den 18. Januar 1851. Both sides of the cross feature a green enameled wreath between its arms.
