Reproduction Driver's Proficiency Badge in Bronze.

This badge was established on October 23rd 1942. It was awarded to any transport, truck, car or motorcycle driver under Wehrmacht command and had served in a war zone after December 1st 1940.

The qualification depended on the vehicle driven, qualifications for bronze are as follows
  • motorbike reconnaissance and dispatch riders: 90 days;
  • supply vehicles supporting the front line: 120 days;
  • other forms of military transport: 135 days.
The silver was awarded after the requirements were met a 2nd time and gold awarded for a 3rd time. The badge could be awarded in a shorter period if the driver was met with particularly arduous conditions.
