Sniper Badge 1st Class

Instituted on August 20th 1944. Was initially awarded to the Army but was awarded to all branches of Service. Was worn on the right cuff of the jacket above any other insignia.

Criteria For the Award:
1)Third Class - twenty kills.
2)Second Class - forty kills.
3)First Class - sixty kills.
