Army Close Combat Clasp Silver Finish (Close Out)
The Army Close Combat Clasp was established on November 25,
1942 by Hitler himself. He considered it the highest
infantry decoration, and reserved the right to award the
gold version personally. The criteria for this award is as
-Must have engaged in hand-to-hand combat when
supported by armor.
-Bronze Bar required fifteen days of close combat.
-Silver Bar required thirty days of close combat.
-Gold Bar required fifty days of close combat.
