Reproduction Order of the British Empire 5th Class also known as the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.). These were awarded for service rendered to the British Empire. The Order was established on 4 June 1917 by King George V. The front of the award feature the profile of King George the V and Queen Mary with the motto "For God and the Empire" around them at the center of the cross. The cross is topped by a crown and reverse feature the royal monogram in the center. The award comes complete with 6 inches of the proper red and grey ribbon.
