Payment:

The following forms of payment are accepted by Kelley's Military. Orders must be payed in full before they are shipped.

US Customers
1) MASTERCARD, VISA: (We do not accept American Express or Discover cards).
2) MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED CHECKS, Please make payable to Kelley's (No Personal Checks)

Canadian Customers
1) MASTERCARD, VISA: If your payment is declined please contact us.(We do not accept American Express or Discover cards).
2) MONEY ORDERS payable in US Dollars, Please make payable to Kelley's (No Certified or Personal Checks)

International Customers
1) MASTERCARD, VISA: If your payment is declined please contact us.(We do not accept American Express or Discover cards).

-All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
-Prices are always subject to change without notice.
-Prices do not include shipping unless specified.
-Sale prices are in effect during specified sale time, after the sale is over prices go back to normal.
-Misprints and Errors on our website or in our catalog will not be honored.

Back-orders:

If you order an item that is not instock and is expected to be restocked within a few weeks we will back-order it. We will contact you to let you know the item is back-ordered. If it is not expected to be restocked and you already payed for it you will be issued a refund check.(You can always call to see if an item is instock)

Shipping:

-- Delivery options for the UNITED STATES (including APO and FPO)--
1. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
2. We do not ship with UPS, Fedex or any other service other than USPS.
3. If you need your order by the next day there are additional costs.
4. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska sometimes require additional shipping costs.
5. If you need your package by a certain deadline please make sure we are aware of it.
6. Shipping insurance is optional but if you want it there is additional charge acording to the value.
7. When purchasing more than 1 item shipping may vary.
8. All packages are insured for your protection.
9. If you need shipping confirmation you must let us know when you place the order
8. Some Large or Heavy items are subject to additional charges depending on weight.

1. All international orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.
-International shipping starts at a 1lb rate of $35.00
-Even if you order 1 patch it must ship this way
2. We do not ship with UPS, Fedex or any other service other than USPS.
3. Orders outside of the US will most likely be charged duties or customs fees by the receiving country. These are typically 25-30% of the value of the order. These charges are the customers responsibility. We can not lie about content of the package or its value. If you do not want to pay these fees simply DO NOT ORDER. If you refuse the package and it is returned to us we can not refund any shipping charges or fees related to the return. Absolutely no exceptions.

Returns/Exchanges:

If the item is unsatisfactory, displeasing or does not work ship it back to us in original condition within 15 days, for a refund or exchange. If the item is noticably used we can not issue a refund, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges: If it's our fault that we sent you the wrong item, or a defective item, then we will reimburse the shipping charges as well. "Wrong item" means the item was not what was specifically ordered (wrong size, different item, etc). We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong size, etc.
